Returns Policy

At thelittleboohandmade we strive to make you shopping experience as positive as possible which is why we offer a returns policy.

If you would like to return an item for a full refund, you will have 14 days after receiving the item to notify us, once you have initiated a return you will then have 14 days to send us the item.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.

Additional Information:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs, return labels are not provided unless the item is faulty.

  • If you item is faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us as per the email below.

  •  Items can only be returned for a refund.

  • Once we have received the item and it has been accepted, we will process the refund.

Items damaged during shipping

Unfortunately, sometimes items do get damaged during delivery. If your item does get damaged during shipping. Please contact us with your order ID at thelittleboo2017@outlook.com

Faulty Items

On the rare occasion the items you order are faulty you will have 30 days from receiving the items to return for a full refund. To initiate a return for a faulty item please contact us with your order ID at thelittleboo2017@outlook.com
